Day 1741

I got up at 8 today, took my pills, and went back to bed.  I dozed for awhile before getting up.  I really like laying in the warm bed when the bedroom is cold.  When I got up it was pet stuff and breakfast.  Then it was some stuff that needed doing.

The big job was defrosting the refrigerator.  The cooling fins were caked with ice.  It took quite awhile to do it, even with the help of the hair dryer.  The refrigerator is clearly working a lot easier now that the ice is gone.

I called Joe and left a message to ask him when he could work on the truck.  Then I looked up the TCGC FFL info and texted it to Hooch.  I searched for, and found, my coin purse.  Ellen had dropped it between the seat and the console.  I also got the clothes from the shed and folded them.

I finished the Chinese Lego car.  When doing it I found the charge cable I'd ordered for the dash cam.  It had gotten placed with the Lego parts for some reason.  I may return the others I purchased.  Finally I took the garbage to the dumpster.  I met Dave while I was driving Lucy around the club.  I stopped and asked him if he would help ship the Ranger.  He said he'd be glad to.  I took the for sale sign off the Ranger.

We left for the UPS store to return something Ellen ordered.  We stopped at Jone's Farm on the way.  We also stopped to get dog food and lunch at Arby's.

When we got home I was tired.  I surfed for awhile and then watched TV.  That resulted in a nap.

Ellen fixed meatloaf for dinner.  After dinner I went for a walk.  I only made it to station 6.  By the time I got back I hurt.

Joe called.  He'll work on the truck on Thursday if the shocks are in.

Cooper got out twice today.  The first time was in the afternoon.  I caught him as he was hiding under the Ranger.  The second was at night.  He headed for the trees.  Fortunately he stopped about 5 feet from them and I managed to grab him.  He's getting really sneaky about getting out.

Day 1740

I woke up at 8 today, took my pills, and went back to bed.  It was cold this morning and the warm bed was really pleasant.  I need pleasant after all the effects of the surgery.  I dozed off and on until about 10.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.

After breakfast we surfed.  It was still kind of cold.  Eventually Gerry came by.  Ellen went shooting with him.  I stayed in the trailer.  I searched high and low for the dash cam cord I'd ordered.  I couldn't find it, so I ordered another one.

Lunch was a collection of snacks.  I didn't feel like a sandwich.  When Ellen got back we left to go grocery shopping.  I really wanted some more low fat Cheetos.  Neither of us could remember where we bought them.  We stopped at Freddie's, Wally World, and Ross.  None of them had it.

We stopped at A&W for a kid's meal.  It was sort of an early dinner.  When we got home it was TV for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

I'm actually feeling a lot better today.  Tomorrow I think I'll start trying to do more.

Day 1739

I woke up at 8, got up, and took my pills.  Then I got back in bed.  I dozed for awhile and then started playing games.  I didn't get out of bed until after 10.  I just didn't feel like doing anything.

Ellen did the pet stuff, so I just had a late breakfast.  After some surfing we took the Ranger to the dumpster.  We also picked up two of the shocks that I ordered for the truck.  The others will be in on Wednesday.  We drove Lucy around the course so she could be entertained.

Devon has stopped hissing at Cooper.  They even slept together for awhile today.

I wasn't feeling very well today, so I didn't do anything except surf, nap, and watch TV.  I'm hoping that tomorrow will be better.

Day 1738

I woke up about 8, did the pet stuff and had breakfast.  After breakfast I texted hooch to see when he wanted us to come up.  He said about 1.

We surfed the morning away and had lunch.  After lunch we went up to see Hooch.  Traffic was surprisingly heavy for just after noon going northbound.

We sat out in the lawn for several hours talking.  It was great fun.  Martha ordered Chinese food for dinner.  We ate late, after 7.  When we were finished it was about time to leave.

Some notes:

1) Alicia was wearing "mom jeans".  These are apparently loose fitting jeans.  I'd heard the term, but I didn't know what they were.

2) Lucy was on a lead while we were talking.  She had diarrhea and shit between us.  I cleaned it up.  Later on she shit on the deck just as we were cleaning up dinner.

3) Before we left we gave Devon a calming pill.  When we got back home he wasn't hissing at Cooper anymore.

Day 1737

I got up at 8, did the pet stuff, and had breakfast.  After a little surfing I left for the doctor.  I took the truck because Ellen had to take Devon to the vet in Beaverton.

I got to the doctor 30 minutes early.  After a short wait they called me in.  They were removing my staples by the time of the appointment.  I was out of there in less then 45 minutes.  Ellen was gone by the time I got back.

I surfed until Ellen got back.  Lunch was a frozen thing.  After lunch the Medicare people called.  We learned that our supplement plan is one of the best.  We set up an appointment in Nov. to choose another drug plan.

When Ellen brought Devon back he was hissing and yelling at Cooper.  So we went to the pet store to by some cat calming stuff.  We set it out when we got home, but it hasn't worked yet.

We also went to Freddie's for some groceries.  By the time we were finished I was really tired.  I could barely stand.  I was glad to have the grocery cart to lean on.  I'm also hurting a little more today now that the staples are out.

Dinner was leftovers.

After dinner was TV.  I also took a nap.  I just couldn't keep my eyes open.

Wednesday, August 26, 2020

Day 1736

I'm not sure when I woke up.  I purposely stayed in bed this morning.  It was cold and it was so pleasant under the warm covers.  Also, it's the first time since the surgery that I could lay on my side (the left one).  When we got up it was pet stuff and breakfast.  After that I went outside to accomplish some stuff.

I rerouted the water hoses so that it would be easy to get ready when the sewer guy came.  Then I took the second camera mount out to the car.  It turns out that it's not as good as the first one, so I'm not going to use it.  Finally I took all of the  garbage to the dumpster.  Then we drove the Ranger around the course to entertain Lucy.

I wanted to stay outside, so I set up the table and chairs.  Then I got out the Chinese Lego and started to work on it.  It goes together just like a normal Lego.  The instructions aren't quite as good though.  I got about half of it done before it was time for lunch.

Lunch was a turkey and ham sandwich.  After that I did a little surfing followed by TV watching.  For once I didn't fall asleep.

Ellen fixed noodles and hamburger sauce for dinner.  I like it a lot better than spaghetti.  After dinner was a movie and some recorded TV shows.  I really like fast forwarding through commercials.

Tuesday, August 25, 2020

Day 1735

I woke up at 8.  I didn't sleep well last night because the cats kept trying to jump on me.  When we got up we left for the laundromat - no breakfast.

Clothes washing went s normal.  Go inside just to load and unload machines.  The rest of the time we sat in the truck.  When we were finished we went back to the trailer for lunch and a little surfing.

At noon we left to take Lucy for a bath and nail trim.  When we got there we also bought some dog food supplement.  It took about an hour for them to do the dog.  I went over to a brew pub.  I had an IPA.  I could only drink half before I started to feel sick.  I felt sick for hours afterwards.  I guess no alcohol for awhile.

There was a Roth's next to the pet place.  It was an amazing place.  You would have thought it was a Whole Foods when you walked in.  We bought a few things.  On the way home I stopped at the GMC dealer to pick up an oil filter for the truck.

I wasn't feeling good when we got home.  It was a combination of the beer and the exertion.  I sat down in the recliner and fell asleep for a couple of hours.

When I woke up it was TV until dinner time.  Ellen fixed salmon that we'd got at Roth's.  It was good.  After dinner was more TV followed by a lot of game playing.

Monday, August 24, 2020

Day 1734

I woke up at 7:30, but didn't get out of bed until 8.  Then it was pills, pet stuff, and breakfast.  It was another chilly morning, so I surfed for awhile.  I ddi open the tank valves to drain the grey tanks.

When it warmed up I went outside and unboxed the black tank sprayer that came while I was in the hospital.  I also unrolled the garden hose to confirm that it won't reach inside the trailer.  That's OK, I have another hose to attach to it.  I'm hoping that I can hook up things so that Ellen can use the sprayer while I' working the dump valve.  It will depend on whether or not the truck driver calls.

By the time I'd put everything back and taken the box to the burn pile I was tired.  I went back inside and had leftovers for lunch.  Then I sat in the recliner and napped.  Ellen woke me up at 2 and I took my drugs.

Hooch called to see how I was doing.  If I'm lucky our schedules will match well enough that we can see them on Friday.  This is a full week.  Tomorrow is wash and dogacure.  Wednesday is empty the black tank.  Thursday is doctor and Medicare call.  Hopefully it will be Hooch on Friday.

The rest of the afternoon was TV and some dozing.  Ellen fixed coconut shrimp for dinner.  After dinner it was TV until we were sick of it, then surfing.

Day 1733

I woke up at 7, did the pet stuff and had breakfast.  It was about 60 degrees,so we decided to stay in the trailer and surf until things warmed up.

Eventually things warmed up and we walked to the club.  That was most of my exercise for the day.  The walk to the club wasn't bad.  I sat outside in the sun at the club for awhile to recuperate before going back.  I was pretty tired by the time we got back.  I sat down in the rcliner to read and watch TV.  I may have napped a little.

Ellen fixed turkey sandwiches for lunch.  After lunch it was TV and reading.  I really was tired.

Dinner was pork chops and strawberry shortcake.  After dinner was some more TV until both of us got sick of it.  Then it was surfing.

The tank overflowed while I was taking a shower.  I cut the shower short.  After I was dried off I went out and let a little water out of the tanks.  I didn't want to leave standing water in the shower all night long.

Saturday, August 22, 2020

Day 1732

I got up a little after 7.  After that it was pet stuff and breakfast.  I wasn't feeling all that good.  I was in a little pain and didn't feel very energetic.  So I spent several hours surfing.

I really have to get off my ass and move.  So about 11 we went to the pet store.  We need some more cat food and some dog treats.  Lucy was really happy to go.  Ellen had to lift her into the car.  I also had her drive.

After the pet store we stopped at CVS for the right dosage of Tylenol.  We also looked at Legs, but I didn't buy anything.  The next stop was Roth's for some groceries.  By that time I was getting pretty tired and the pain was more.  The last stop was the farm store for stir-fry ingredients.

When we got back it was lunch.  Ellen fixed turkey sandwiches.  Then it was a lot of TV.  Miraculously I didn't fall asleep.  Sometime during the shows my pain went away.

Ellen fixed stir-fry for dinner.  After that it was more TV for the rest of the evening.

Friday, August 21, 2020

Day 1731

I woke up at 7 today.  I got up and did the pet stuff and had pills and breakfast.  I could barely finish my normal cereal and banana.  I also got some water from the shed.  All of that tired me out.  I sat down in the recliner and slept away the rest of the morning.  I slept for at least 4 hours.

I had leftover chicken, Ensure, and Jello for lunch.  Then I did some surfing and reading.  About mid afternoon I walked to the club.  I have to do some walking.  When I got back I spent the rest of the afternoon in the recliner watching TV and reading.

Ellen fixed steak pieces and mashed potatoes for dinner.  It was good.  After dinner was a lot more TV.  There were actually intervals this evening when I wasn't in pain.  They were short though.

I'm going to bed a little early.  I'm tired, but given the morning nap I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep.

Days 1721 - 1730

I woke up hurting on day 1721.  I surfed for awhile and called Dan about Mom.  During the conversation he convinced me to see a doctor.  I called an urgent care place.  They said I to go to emergency.  I didn't want to go, but I did.

After an examination they sent me for a CT scan.  It showed a gallstone in my bile duct.  They scheduled surgery for the next day.  I kept feeling worse.

Day 1722 - Surgery happened in the afternoon.  Afterwards the surgeon said he got the stone out, but recommended removing the gall bladder.  He said a surgeon would talk to me in the morning.

Day 1723 - Met with surgeon in the morning.  She recommended removal (of course).  I said I'd give her a decision soon.  I had Ellen call Gary.  He said remove it.  More importantly so did his wife.  I had the nurse tell the surgeon to remove it.  Later in the day they scheduled the surgery for 7 A< tomorrow.  I'm on drugs, but not feeling a lot better.

Day 1724 - Had early morning surgery.  Surgeon said it wouldn't take long and I'd be home in a day or two with 4 small holes in me.  I woke up 5 or 6 hours later with an 8 inch incision in my chest, a tube coming out my side, and a great deal of pain.

It turns out my gall bladder had rotted to the point that the surgeon couldn't recognize it through the laparoscope.  When she cut me open it was heavily infected and had stuck to my small intestine.  She had to cut it off and sew up my intestine.  The infection had started to spread to my liver and pancreas.  They cleaned them all off.

Days 1725 and 1726 - I spent these in bed in severe pain.  They were giving me strong pain pills and I needed them.  I had continual pain from the incision and piercing pain from the frequent muscle spasms.  I was on a clear diet.  That was fine with me, I didn't want to eat anyway.  Getting out of bed to piss was pure agony.  I couldn't shit or fart because my intestines had shut down.  Instead they filled with gas, which made things more uncomfortable.

In addition the pain pills they are giving me large amounts of antibiotics for the infection and laxatives to get my system started.  I get 20 pills a day.

Day 1727 - Things are getting better.  I had a couple of farts and a little diarrhea.  There's not going to be much, I haven't eaten since a little on Tuesday.  Ive really been trying to reduce the narcotics, but the spasms and incision still hurt a lot.  They let me have a real dinner.

Day 1728 - More improvement.  I'm eating sold food again.  Getting ot of bed causes a whole lot less pain.  I'm farting a lot, but no shit.  I passed a physical therapy test to allow me to get out.  I coud probably go home, but both the doctor and I think I should stay the night.

Day 1729 - Ellen and I spent most of the day waiting for them to let me go.  I got out with 5 pages of instructions and three prescriptions.  I can't lift anything heavier than 15 lbs for 6 weeks.  I won't be able to turn my torso for longer.  I have wear a girdle to hold my guts in.  I think I'm done shooting for the rest of the year.  I may have trouble doing what I need to do when we start travelling.

One good thing.  I took a shit in the morning.

When I got home I pretty much just sat on the couch.  I still hurt some.  I've got pain killers, but I'm determined to survive on Tylenol.

Day 1730 - I got up at 7 today. I have to take 12 pills stretched out over the day on a schedule.  The schedule starts at 8.  I caught up on most of 100 emails.  I also wrote up this account.

It's important for me to walk several times a day, but 15 minutes on my feet and I'm tired.  I emptied the tanks in the morning.  Then I sorted the parts for the Chinese Lego set I bought.  I had to recover after that.  When I recovered I took the garbage to the dumpster.  Lucy went with me.  She's been really bored.  I stopped at the club to talk for awhile.

It's been hard to eat.  I have no appetitie.  I did shit three time though.

When I got back from the club I passed out in the recliner for quite awhile.

Ellen fixed chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner.  I ahve to eat a bland diet for the next two week (no gall bladder).  No dairy is allowed.

After dinner it was TV and a movie.

Monday, August 10, 2020

Day 1720

I stayed in bed playing games until almost 11.  Yesterday's pain was gone, but I didn't want to push it.  When I got up I wasn't hungry, so I didn't eat.

I was getting a little shaggy, so Ellen gave me a trim.  It seems to make her happy.  Then it was some surfing.  Although I'm feeling much better I really don't want to do much today.

I spent the morning and early afternoon surfing.  I didn't have breakfast, but I had a little potatoes and cookies for lunch.  I was feeling better, and bored, so I decided to go shooting.

That was a mistake.  I didn't shoot well.  I also got tired and started to feel sick again.  I quit before we got around the course.  When we got back I sat in the recliner watching TV for the rest of the day.  Dinner was right out.  I've been getting steadily worse all evening.  At least it isn't as bad as yesterday.

Hooch called about dinner time to inform me that Mom had fallen in the shower and was in the hospital.  Later he called to say that she'd broken a rib and punctured a lung.  Right now they are watching her.  If it bleeds that probably means surgery.  Hopefully she'll be fine.

The Mom situation sucks.  I really don't want to go see her when I'm feeling like this.  At the same time I'd like to see her again.  Right now it's just wait and see.

Day 1719

We got up relatively early, but stayed in bed to play games for quite a while.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  When we were finished I called Hooch to see if he was open for business.  He said to come about 1:30, so we packed up and left.

Because we were early we stopped at John and Patty's.  We gave them the cream cheese we bought for them last time and I returned the electric bicycle books.  We stayed about an hour.

The chest pain started while we were at John and Patty's.  It was pretty bad, so I called Hooch and said we weren't coming.  It got steadily better as we drove south.  By the time we got to Woodburn I was feeling pretty good and was hungry.  We stopped for happy meals and then I sat outside with Lucy while Ellen went to Safeway.

We went over to the club to dump garbage and get Ellen's new earplugs.  The pain started up again by the time we got home.  I sat in the recliner and watched TV until I fell asleep.  I woke up about 5, still in pain.  Dinner was right out.

I went outside to drain the tanks.  Sitting in the sun seemed to help some.  When that was finished I laid down on the bed and went to sleep.  It seemed that the pain would recede if I didn't move.  While I was asleep I dreamed that Ellen was outside chasing Cooper.  When I woke up she had been doing that.

I laid down again and played games.  Suddenly I had the urge to vomit.  I made it to the can and barfed up what was left of the happy meal.  That actually made me feel better.  After that I took a shower and went to sleep.

Saturday, August 8, 2020

Day 1718

I didn't wake up until 9.  I spent half the night playing games.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  It's Saturday, so there was a lot of people shooting.  We decided to surf and watch TV.  There was a RV show marathon going on, so we spent most of the day watching it.

Lunch was a frozen thing.  After lunch it was more TV.  The shooting had gone down, but we were getting into the RV shows.

Lucy twice got up on the couch.  It's really hard for her to do that.  We thought it was because her bed isn't very padded.  So we went to the pet store for a cushier bed.  We also stopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.  They sell dog beds, too.  We bought one there, it was the nicest.

When we got home it was leftovers for dinner.  Then it was more RV shows.  Later on I walked around the course.  We finished the day with more RV shows.

Friday, August 7, 2020

Day 1717

I woke up a little after 7.  I dozed for awhile and then played games.  I got up sometime after 9.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.

We didn't have anything to do and I didn't feel like shooting.  So I shopped instead.  I wanted to get a few kitchen items to make things easier.  I looked for a glass holder, a soap holder for the sink and a new dish rack.  I cam up with a bunch of options and then Ellen and I finalized the choices.  The stuff won't be here for a week (yeah 2-day Prime shipping).  I'm looking forward to the improvements I think they'll provide.

The shopping took a long time.  Lucy really wanted to do something, so after the post office we went to the Hop place for lunch.  Ellen ordered  hamburger and I got a quesadilla and a beer.  We also got coconut shrimp for dinner to go.  It was happy hour, so we got some big discounts

When lunch was finished we went to the bank to deposit a check that was in the mail.  We also stopped at Safeway for some groceries.

When we got home it was TV.  Surfing is getting old.  Between the Chinese flu and the socialists being allowed to riot all over the country I don't really want to read about it any more.

Dinner was the coconut shrimp.  After dinner was recorded TV shows.  It's so nice to fast forward through the commercials.  It isn't until you've done that that you realize how much of your time they waste.

I did take my walk around the course.  It's getting a little easier to do, but I still hate taking the time to do it.

Thursday, August 6, 2020

Day 1716

I didn't wake up until 9.  There was no game playing though.  There was pet stuff and breakfast.  It was cold, 60 degrees with some light rain.  We stayed inside and surfed.  It was old guy's day, so it was too busy to shoot anyway.

We spent the rest of the morning that way.  Lunch was a frozen chicken thing.  By the time lunch was finished it was warmer and the crowd was gone.  We got out the stuff and went shooting.  Ellen put a camera on her gun.

I showed a little improvement today, but I'm still not shooting well enough to be competitive.  The problem now seems that I'm not reading the targets as well as I should.  Of course they've been the same for two weeks now, so it's hard to tell.  I've practiced the ones that gave me problems to the point that I have them down.

Ellen screwed up the setup on the camera, so she didn't get any pictures to look at afterwards.

After we got back I stayed outside to drain the tanks and surf.  The timing was good.  It started to rain again just as I finished.  That lead to more surfing until dinner.  Dinner was pancakes and sausage.

After dinner was TV.  They were having a RV show marathon.

Wednesday, August 5, 2020

Day 1715

I didn't wake up until about 9 and played games until 10.  There wasn't any point in getting up because it was a sewer day.  When I did get up it was breakfast only, Ellen did the pet stuff.

My first order of business was to call some UTV shippers.  They want business.  They all called me withing a few minutes of my emailing them.  The bottom line is $1,300 to ship the Ranger.  I'm going to have to ask Dave if he will handle this end.

We also went to look inside the safes.  I took an inventory.  There's no way I can empty them this year.  I may be able to empty one if I'm lucky.  It will be a stretch though.

It was a nice morning, so I took John's electric bicycle books outside and read them.  I learned that I don't want to build the battery pack.  I now have a good idea of the vendors I want to use and the parts I need.  I just have to wait until I can look at my bike to finalize the choices.

The sun chased me back inside about noon.  I surfed for awhile and then had a sandwich for lunch.  After lunch it was some surfing and some TV.

The sewer guy didn't show up until about 3:30.  That's typical.  The water flow meter worked really well.  I'm not sure the tank really needed dumping.  The level gauges are worthless.

When that was done Ellen said we needed cat food.  So we went to the pet store.  We also made a quick stop at Roth's.

Ellen fixed the bacon wrapped chicken breasts for dinner.  They were good.  After dinner was TV and my walk around the club.

Tuesday, August 4, 2020

Day 1714

I woke up about 8:15 and played games for awhile.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  We also rotated the mattress.  I don't think it has been done since we bought it.  The thing is heavy and there's little room in the bedroom.  After that we left to do the wash.

The wash was normal.  I messed with the dash cam mount while the wash was going.  I decided to switch the clamp bolts for more compact ones.  I also looked for a power cord and an alternate mount on Amazon.  After the wash was done we went to the hardware store.  I bought the metric bolts I needed.  Ellen was hungry, so we stopped at Carl's Junior.  Then it was the post office and home.

When we got home I went to work on the dash cam.  I replaced the screws and tightened everything up.  With the new bolts I could use tools to tighten it rather than the original hand knobs.  By then it was getting pretty warm, so I went inside.

I spent quite awhile shopping on Amazon.  I ended up buying a dash cam cable and mount.  I also bought a Chinese Lego kit.  We'll see how that goes.

I watched TV for awhile and took a short nap.  Ellen fixed pork chops for dinner.  After dinner was TV and a little surfing.

Monday, August 3, 2020

Day 1713

I woke up at 8:15 and played games for about an hour.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  We couldn't go anywhere or do anything because the sewage guy was supposed to come.

I did go outside and finish my Lego build.  It amazes me how clever the design and construction of the thing is.  I finished it just as the sun was chasing me inside.

Lunch was a sandwich.  I'm getting tired of cold cut sandwiches.

After lunch was surfing and TV.  I also called the GMC dealer to ask them why the navigation voice in the truck doesn't work.  The service guy told me to use the mute button on the steering wheel.  Thankfully Ellen only watched one chick flick.

A little after 4 Ellen called the sewage guys.  She got it wrong, they are coming on Wednesday.  So we get to sit at home 2 days this week.

We needed bread and orange juice, so we went to Safeway.  I took the truck so I could finalize mounting it.  It was too sunny to read the screen, so I'll do it tomorrow.  I did get a couple of frozen things for lunch.

Dinner was Safeway Chinese food.  After dinner was TV and surfing.  I also took a walk around the course.  I plan on doing that most days for the rest of the time here.  I really need to lose some weight.  I've also cut back on eating, too.

Sunday, August 2, 2020

Day 1712

I woke up about 8:45 and played games until almost 10.  Then it was breakfast.  Ellen had already done the pet stuff.

I did a little surfing and then started my one task for the day.  I took the dash camera out and set it up.  I didn't glue it down until I've driven with it.

That didn't take long.  It was a nice morning, not hot.  I didn't want to go back inside, so I got out the Lego.  I spent a couple of pleasant hours working on it outside.  Eventually that got old and I went inside.  We didn't have anything to eat except sandwiches.  I didn't feel like one so lunch was some nuts and potato chips.

After lunch I did some surfing and then started looking up electric bicycle parts.  I tried to block out the chick flicks.  Ellen spent the whole day listening to them.

Ellen fixed fish and french fries for dinner.  After dinner I walked around the course.  It was much cooler than it's been lately.

The rest of the evening was surfing and some TV.

Saturday, August 1, 2020

Day 1711

We got up about 8.  After pet stuff and breakfast we left for Silverton.  We took Lucy.  It was cloudy and a lot cooler this morning.

There is a new crafts fair in Silverton this year.  It's about a dozen booths with home made stuff for sale.  There wasn't anything we were interested in.  The farmer's market is a little bigger than I remember.  We bought some strawberries that were a different variety than the ones we've been buying.

I also went through three antique stores.  I found a metal container to use to hold dog treats in the Audi.  We had lunch at a brew pump.  We've been watching them renovate the building for at least two years.  They had good beer and great pizza.

We took a raod west to go to Salem.  I missed a turnoff and we ended up headed for Sublimity.  Fortunately I saw a different turnoff and took it into Salem.  I was driving pretty fast because Ellen's asshole was giving her trouble.  We stooped at the first place on Lancaster that we came to (BiMart).

We stopped at the pet store on Market for pet food and stuff to clean the carpet.  The cats have been pissing behind recliners and it stinks.  I bought a piss neutralizer and a "stay off" spray.

When we got home I saturated the carpet with the neutralizer.  It said soak the carpet and let it air dry.  It sure smells when dry though.  I sprayed a little stay off before going to bed.  I'll spray more tomorrow.

Most of the afternoon and evening was TV with some surfing.  Dinner was sandwiches.
