I woke up at 8, played games for a while, and then got up for pet stuff and breakfast. After that it was outside to wash the trailer.
I got everything set up and started to wash the trailer. It was actually pretty pleasant. The trailer was still mostly in the shade and the temperature was in the low 70's. Ellen came out to help.she did a couple of little things, but there wasn't much for her to do.
Washing the trailer wasn't as hard as washing the roof. I had to use the ladder, but there wasn't as much hard scrubbing. It did get hotter while I worked, but it get really hot. Ellen helped by moving the slides in and out as I washed different parts of the trailer.
When I was finished with the ladder I had Ellen start to wash the windows. I finished washing the trailer and put everything away while she kept washing. I finished first, so it was nice to sit in the chair outside in the shade in breeze while she finished up.
When Ellen was done we went inside for a short time to recuperate. Then we left for Costco. The cup on one of my hearing aids broke and I needed a replacement. We needed gas, so we stopped at the gas station. Miraculously we immediately pulled up to a pump. The gas was 27 cents cheaper than anywhere else.
We shopped while the hearing aids were being fixed. We got water, some dinner stuff, a new razor, Flonaze, and a key lime pie. It was an expensive trip. My old razor needs blades - $40. The new razor came with a second set of blades and cost $90. It's also a nicer razor.
Costco was really crowded. The checkout lines were huge. For some reason the self checkout lines opened up just as we wanted to check out. We walked up to an empty one and did our thing.
The pharmacy called to say Ellen's drugs were finally ready. The only problem today was the drive back. The jalapenos I ate yesterday decided to attack. I had to stop at Lowe's for a bout of explosive diarrhea. I never would have made it to Woodburn.
The Mickey D's in Woodburn has opened it's inside. We got lunch and ate it outside at their tables. It was nice. The fries were great. Then we picked up Ellen's drugs and went home.
The rest of the day was TV, games, and surfing. Dinner was leftovers and key lime pie. We froze about half of it.
After dinner was TV.
