I woke up about 8, played games, and then got up for pet stuff and breakfast. After a small amount of surfing I called the residential mental health place about Tony. I got about half way through the conversation with them when Hooch called. I cut them short and talked to Hooch.
I learned a lot. The condo is not part of the estate. After Hooch paid off the promissory note Tony owns it. He can't sell it though because of the liens on it. Also, some of the money is available now if need be. Also, Washington has a COVID law that doesn't allow Tony to take over the condo.
I asked Hooch if the people he was working for could find out how much the liens were for. He said he'd ask. Other than that, he doesn't want to be involved. I understand that.
All this allowed me to formulate a plan. I won't try to do anything unless Tony goes back on the meds. If he does I'll try to set up something the addresses the condo liens and continues to insure that the card he uses remains active and useful. I'll give him a call asking how he feels and telling him I'll help if he takes his drugs. I feel a lot better now.
All this took until time to leave to go to the vet. We took Cooper along because he looked so anxious when we left with Devon. Devon got his shots and a clean bill of health. We stopped at Tammies to buy an airbrush. We also got some paint and a little N scale building.
We stopped at the bagel place for lunch and the liquor store for scotch.
It was a really nice day. We put the cats in the laundry room and sat out on the deck drinking and talking. Eventually we had dinner. After dinner conversation took second place to the internet.
The cats were non-linear when I went to get them Devon was in the cat box screaming at Cooper. Cooper was on top of the washer/dryer stack screaming at Devon. I couldn't get bothe of them in the carrier, so Ellen had to hold Cooper all the way home.
When we got home we put everything away and went to bed. Cooper is scared of Devon and Devon keeps screaming at Cooper. I thought we could avoid this if we took them both. Oh well. Perhaps things will be better tomorrow.
