We went to the pet store today. We were short on cat food and they were having a sale. We picked up some dog food too at a discount.
Next stop was the park. The dog did a bunch of retrieves and then we went for a walk. Last year when we walked through the park we really didn't go through all of it. So we've been walking in different areas just to see new terrain. The dog seems to like it, too. At one point today she treed a squirrel. After that she was checking every tree we walked by.
I spent a lot of today looking for parts on the web. Most places are sold out. I've finally decided on what I'm going to buy. However I'm going to wait a few days as the vendor is having a daily special. Maybe I'll get lucky on one of the things I want to buy.
I did order a tool and a part from a different vendor. I can't build anything until Christmas anyway as some of the stuff is coming from Oregon as presents.
There was also a fire drill from Travis. I had to call him a couple of times to make sure I did what he wanted correctly. He hasn't called or emailed back, so I guess I did.
