Day 70

It was cold today.   At least it was cold for Texas.  We stayed in bed for awhile in the morning because of it.

It turned out that both of the items that I had on ebay sold.  Unfortunately they sold for the minimum.  It was quite a hassle to settle things.  First I had to get a paypal account with my email address.  Ebay is emotionally incapable of allowing the paypal payment to go to an account with another address.  Attempting to do this screwed up the first payment completely.  Ellen had to call paypal to get it straightened out.

Second they changed the postage mechanism.  This messed up Ellen when she tried to print it out.  We're supposed to get a refund on a bad postage, but I bet we never do.

Third the second guy paid with a credit card.  In order to accept it I had to sign up to pay 2.9% + 30 cents on ALL paypal transactions.  What a ripoff.

I've got to decide now what to sell next.

We took the first package to the post office.  It was really crowded.  Then we took the dog to Circle C.  Because it was cool, 53 degrees, she rean for quite awhile.  I was clad I was throwing the bumper.  It kept me a little warmer.

The rest of the day was surfing and TV.
