We woke up at 7:30, got up to do the pet stuff, had breakfast, and then started the process of hooking up and leaving. I was sleepy because my leg bothered me all night. At times it was really painful. I took two pills when I got up.
That process went well, but slowly. We didn't leave the club until after 8:30. We got on I5 at Woodburn at exactly 9:00. The drive to Pendleton went smoothly. We averaged 60 mph to the gas station there. The average speed fell apart after that.
It took a while to fuel up. Afterwards we got a whole 4 miles before we had to stop so Ellen could spend 20 minutes or so at the Indian casino's can. We got another 20 miles down the road before she needed another long stop at a rest area.
When we got to Baker City we stopped at the grocery store for some things. I walked two blocks to AutoZone to look for stuff to remove water spots. No luck. When I got back we walked to BiMart for the same thing. Again no luck. By the time we got back to the truck my leg was killing me.
The drive to Richland was great. I took it easy on the curves - no more bent axles. When we got to the park we'd averaged 10.3 mpg for the whole trip. The trailer seems to pull a little better with the new axles. The tire pressure rise was noticeably less than before. There wasn't any undue tire wear.
I set up the trailer. It was particularly easy, which was good because my leg was so bad I could barely walk. When I was done I went over and put the charger on the Bronco. The battery appeared to be fairly well charged. I limped there and back in pain.
When I got back I sat in the recliner. I couldn't move. Ellen fixed bacon wrapped chicken for dinner. I was barely able to get out of the chair to go get it.
We spent the evening watching videos on my tablet. Ellen was too lazy to hook the TV to the MiFi. Tomorrow I'll be insistent.
We took showers in the trailer. Neither of us wanted to walk to the showers.
