Finally a nice day. It was mostly sunny with a high around 70. Of course this meant that it was mandatory that we take the dog to the park. She had a great time. We let her run free as we walked around the park. I think she covered every square foot of the wooded area. When we got back to the parking lot, I threw the bumper for her. The wind was blowing fairly hard, so she was doing long retrieves.
We brought some reading material along, so every time she got tired we just read for awhile until she recharged. We must have done this four or five times. Finally she just stood there over her bumper waiting for us to call it quits. Because the park was a little muddy she had little balls of mud between all of her toes. They had to be pulled out by hand, they wouldn't wash out.
When she got home, she got a bath. She needed it. She doesn't seem near as tired tonight as she should be.
On the new home front, we got the inspection report. As we expected the house basically passes except for the roof and the drainage. I called the finance people, they still haven't heard from the title company. I'll call Rosie on Monday and tell her we need a new title company.
There's a breakfast at the park tomorrow morning and a shoot in Kerrville. We'll do some prep tonight.
