Today I spent 9 hours and 15 minutes driving. There isn't much more to say. It sucked. For the most part it was just "miles and miles of Texas". I had a little trouble with some oil trucks on the secondary road and the normal amount of hassle with trucks on I10. Those guys are shitheads. It also seemed that we had more than our share of waiting for people who blocked the pumps. One good thing was that the traffic through El Paso was the easiest that I've ever seen.
When we got to Deming we unhooked to go get fuel. It was 4.19 on the park side of town and 3.93 on the other side. We also did some grocery shopping. We got rice and chicken for Lucy. Her ass was really dragging yesterday. Today she seems to be a little better. Ellen says the diarrhea is getting a little better, too.
It's only 200 miles to Tucson, so we won't have to get up early tomorrow. That's good, I'm pretty tired.
