We spent 7+ hours driving to Van Dorn today. The drive was uneventful except for an encounter with a couple of idiots when driving through El Paso. One guy was tap dancing on his brakes and not driving a constant speed. So I changed lanes to get around him. He speeded up and pulled in front of me. Then he slowed down. So I changed lanes back, and saw some idiot in the third lane going about 40. Luckily I could trade back.
The other idiots were at the gas station in El Paso (maybe there's a pattern). One tried to back up to a pump in front of me as I was pulling out. The other was a fucking truck that wouldn't wait for me to pull out even though I was already blocking the entry.
Mileage was good, 12.1, 13, and 12.4.
The RV park is crawling with goatheads. They are all over. Lucy has to walk on the gravel, and there's some there too.
