I woke up a little before the alarm and surfed for awhile. I played a little Minions and then went back to sleep. I finally got out of bed about 9. I did the pet stuff and ate breakfast. Then I called the Mazda dealer to make an appointment to get the car recall fixed. We go in tomorrow at 9.
After that I got out the new powder scale/trickler. I checked the new scale against what the reloader was throwing and what the other scale read. They all agreed within .1 gr. So I looked up the reloading info. That's when I found the error. The reloader was set to 3.6 gr. That's for a 147 gr bullet. 115 bullets need 4.8 gr. and 124 bullets need 4.4 gr. I may be able to use the 110 124 cartridges that I still have, but the 200 115 loads will have to be pulled and redone.
So the next item of business was to order a bullet puller from Cabela's. I also ordered some more bullets that they had on sale.
After all of that I put away all of the stuff. I had to make a place in the bathroom closet for the new scale because it doesn't like freezing temperatures. While I was doing that I came across a box of old pictures. Some date back to when we were in college. Ellen was a really good looking young woman.
We need to take the truck to the Mazda place tomorrow because they will have the car all day. So I needed to make sure it would start. It's been 10 days or so since I used it. I took the opportunity to take two of the kitchen chairs to get reupholstered. They are going to take about $500 apiece. Oh well, we've had them for almost 30 years.
We also went to the post office (no mail at all) and HEB. The last stop was Circle C for the dog. She did 20 retrieves. I'm not running her tomorrow though, she's pretty tired tonight.
When we got home Ellen's bag was leaking (we changed it yesterday). We changed it and then I took the dog to the mailbox and did my exercises. They seemed unusually difficult today. I've had a twinge of pain in my upper abdomen all day. That may be part of it.
The evening was a lot of TV and a little bit of Minions.
