We got up at 7, did the pet stuff and had breakfast. After that we loaded up the truck and went out to the range.
We shot one of the "mid-range" course stations. It was too easy, so we moved to the "hard" course. It was about a hard as a local shoot at Capital. The weather was a little hotter than yesterday, but there was plenty of cold water on the course. We had a pretty good time despite it being a long walk.
We were done about 10. We drove back to the exit with Wally World at it. I went inside and bought the cheapest 12 ga they had - 9 boxes for $93. We also filled up with fuel at $4.49/gal. Then it was back home. The soot level is at 97%, so it's almost certain that we'll need a fuel stop even though Las Vegas is only 127 miles away.
The rest of the day was spent watching videos and playing with the dog. Ellen tried to make park reservations for the rest of the trip. We got into Sister's (good), but Richland is full (bad). I'm not sure what we will do.
Ellen fixed steak and rice for dinner. After dinner I went out and drained the tanks. I filled the black tank with 20 gallons of water twice. After that the water came out clear.
After that it was more videos. Cooper is getting more aggressive with establishing his right to sit on my lap over Abby's. It's fun to watch.
