We woke up at a normal time today, but stayed in bed surfing and playing games until at least 9:30.
After breakfast and some surfing it was time to go out. We stopped at the post office and then went to Academy. I wanted new sandals and a new sweatshirt. I got the sandals, but apparently grey zip up sweatshirts are out of style. Then we stopped at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and got a present for Lola's birthday.
We went over to the Chinese place on Lamar for lunch. We did that because we then drove into town on Lamar to a dogwash. Lucy got a bath. She didn't like the bath, but she did like the post-bath treats. She is now soft, fluffy, and good smelling.
When we got home I spent the rest of the afternoon working out how to wire the polarity warning LED's for the control panel. I'd done that before, but I couldn't understand my explanation. Also, it didn't cover the roundtable. The new version is pretty easy two understand and wire. It also covers the roundtable. I rewrote the whole group of sections of the notes that discusses polarity LED's, switch connections, and roundtable wiring.
Two kind of weird things happened today. A stray dog showed up at the back door. It walked away before I could try to catch it. That means that either it got in when the gate was open, or there's a hole in the fence. I'll have to walk the fence tomorrow.
The second weird thing came at dusk. I let Lucy out and she just stood very still on the porch. As I watched a rabbit hopped up and started eating bird seed on the ground. Lucy was 10 feet from it and just looked at it. I was disappointed. I was hoping for rabbit stew.
