Today started at the crack of 10:00. After taking it easy the last few days today was a work day. I started out by taping the guest bathroom in the house. While I did that Ellen shortened the curtains that we bought a couple of days ago for the large bedroom in the apartment.
After I was through taping, Ellen started cutting in the bathroom. I went outside with the weedeater to clear a place to install the antenna pole. When I got that cleared I decided that since I already had the cords strung, I'd do the rest of the weedeating in the side and back yards. That took about an hour. Then I got ambitious. I decided to cut the thick tall grass between the house and the playhouse, and by the trailer. The weedeater wasn't the tool for that. It took hours and my back was killing me by the time I was done.
The place looks presentable now, and I've got one big thing off the todo list.
