We slept in late and then went to the credit union to sign the papers for the loan. The office was way up in north Austin. The signing went well, and the loan officer said she'd call us with the name of a good contractor.
Since we were so far north, we went to Fry's. They didn't have anything that interested us. So we stopped by an outdoor mall just south of Fry's called the Domain. It's mainly high end clothing and jewelery stores. You couldn't swing a cat without killing a couple of yuppies. We stopped at Penney's on the way home so that I could buy some new underwear.
That pretty much killed the whole day. When we got home I put a second coat of paint on the wood I put up for the antenna mount.
I took Lucy up to pick up the mail. Apparently one of the neighbors has an outdoor cat. She saw it an started chasing it. I was upset when she didn't come back immediately when I called. I made her heel all the way home.
