Day 104

After the radiation treatment we met with the radiologist.  There wasn't much to discuss, she'd only had 3 treatments.  He did say that it was likely that she'd be able to go to Oregon in March.

There was an hour delay before we met with the cancer doctor.  So we made a quick trip to the yuppie grocery store to pick up a couple of things.  We also stopped at the doggy cookie store.  Lucy was happy.

Back with the cancer doctor we had to wait again.  I guess we always will.  He was positive though.  He said there was a 90% chance of a cure.  He said that the tumor was restricted to the rectum and that the lymph nodes looked normal.  That's the most positive stuff we've heard from any doctor.  Of course we really won't know until after the surgery.

After doctor time we stopped at Kohl's so that Ellen could get some sweat pants to wear to the doctor.  She bought 3 pairs.  Then it was Cheddar's for lunch.  As we drove to the post office we stopped at a vacant field for the dog to run.  It was a great place, less rocky than the park.  She loved it and ran until we called a halt.

All that took most of the day.  I did take the panel out to the garage and attached the LED mount to the panel.  I didn't feel like trying to install the LEDs or do any other work.

I did spend quite a bit of time with the Minions game, but I'm changing how I play.  From now on I'll work for half an hour and then put it down for hours.

The evening was reading and watching TV.
