We went to an estate sale today. I didn't expect much, but t turned out to be successful. I bought a neat fold up step stool to replace the crappy blue plastic one I have in the garage. I also got a couple of of old tools ($1 each) and a shop light NIB for $10. The house was right across the street from a park, so Lucy got to run when we were done. She did a whole lot of long retrieves.
After that we stopped at the grocery store and the post office. Then it was time to get home so Ellen could go to the doctor for her yearly checkup. The cancer doctor called. The insurance approved the MRI and the treatment. The MRI is tomorrow and there's also an appointment for some sort of prep work before the treatment. I guess the treatment will start early next week.
I spent several hours on the control panel today. It fought me again. The holes for the rotary switches weren't big enough. Then I had to work out how I was physically going to do the wiring. I got sidetracked during that into designing how the track power is going to be distributed between the direction switches. I had to redo the 15 LEDs for the rotary switches to make the dropping resistor closer to the LED. Finally, the holes for the LEDs are too small. They were made for a different LED holder which doesn't work. I'll have to redrill the holes tomorrow.
We watched more episodes of the Blacklist in the evening. We're almost finished with season 1.
