Day 107

We picked up the trailer today.  It cost $2,100 to get it out of hock.  The insurance only paid about 2/3 of the repair bill, and the gut did $350 worth of "inspections" that I didn't order.  I was a little pissed about that.  After all of that they forgot to replace one of the damaged parts.

When we got home it was an adventure parking the damn thing.  I think this was the most effort I've ever had to put into parking it.  It's in a perfect position though.  After that I didn't want to do any more work today.  Putting back the rocks and putting stuff back into the trailer will have to wait until some other time.

So I went into the house and worked on the control panel (that's not real work).  I finished wiring the rotary switch LEDs.  They look really cool.  Because it was simple, I also wired the 12V from a rotary switch to one of the direction switches.  That was a good stopping point, so I stopped.  The next step is to do some more of the 12V supply wiring.  I want to review my design for that, as it's complicated because of the flashing LEDs.

The rest of the day was surfing, reading the newspaper, and Minions.  I'm putting the game down to allow it to build things during the day, but at night I'm sitting watching TV and playing the distraction games.  I'm getting pretty good at a couple of them.
