Day 1166

I woke up at 7:30 this morning and didn't want to go back to sleep.  So I surfed for a little bit and then got up.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  I surfed until about 10 and then went out to the garage to put away the stuff that I'd left out yesterday.

Melissa came out and started to refinish Isaac's table.  John came out to help her.  When I finished putting stuff away I stayed out there and talked.  When Melissa finished we took the dogs to Circle C.  We walked around the east loop of the park and then took the west path over to the creek.  It was sunny and warm - over 70.  I was sweating by the time we were done.  Lucy was hot and tired.

We both stopped at Wells Fargo for money and then went to Torchy's for lunch.  After that they went home.  We went to Tomlinson's and the post office and then went home.  John and Melissa loaded the van with Reggy's paraphernalia and we left for the Goodwill dumpsters.  We met Isaac and girlfriend there.  They took Reggy while John and Melissa go to Hawaii. 

From there we went to the counter place down the street.  We ended up getting counters for both bathrooms.  It was only $300 for the counter and sink in the guest bath.

After that we parted paths.  John and Melissa went to Costco and then home.  We went to Home Depot and Lowe's to look at tile and faucets.  We got home a little after 5:30.

Melissa had bought pork chops for dinner.  Ellen fired up the Traeger and put them on.  It was after 7 when we ate, but it was good.  We talked until about 8:30, then John and Melissa left to pack.  They want to leave at 6:00 tomorrow.  That means we'll be getting up at 5:30.

After they left we surfed, made the bed, and watched TV for awhile.
