We got up about 8, did the pet stuff and had breakfast. Then I loaded the stuff in the truck and we went to the club. It's a nice one. It's like TCGC, both shotgun and pistol pits. They even have bunker.
The guy at the desk was very nice. He offered to sell us ammo, so we bought a case. We got a cart, too. They have two courses. We shot all of the hard course and part of the easy course. The targets were pretty challenging, mainly because of a 20 mph wind. We had a lot of fun and the cart made it easy to go where we wanted. We even used it to take a tour of the pistol pits.
We ended up shooting more than a case of shells. When we got done the cost was really reasonable.
It was about noon when we got done. We drove into Grand Island just to see the place. The downtown had a lot of cool old midwest architecture in it. We had lunch at an Arby's. Then we stopped at Wally World for a few items.
When we got back to the trailer it was TV and surfing. There wasn't really anything else to do and we were a little tired. Ellen fixed chili burgers for dinner.
After dinner was more TV and surfing.
