I woke up at 6:30 and played games for more than an hour. Then it was breakfast and pet stuff. I just didn't feel like going out to eat. After breakfast it was time to start preparing to leave tomorrow.
I started by disassembling the DirecTV antenna and putting it away. Then I dumped the tanks. I left the hose attached though. That way I could quickly dump the shower water tomorrow morning. The last job was to clean up the storage. I put all of the chargers away and returned Steve's. Then I took the lead shot and primers to the trailer. I removed the battery and put it by the door. Finally I covered the Bronco.
That pretty much finished the preparations. It was only about 10. I went back to the trailer played games and watched videos. Dan wasn't available until 12:30. We had lunch and then somehow I took a nap. That meant we didn't get to Dan's until after 1. I stopped and loaded the batttery into the truck on the way over there.
We talked with Dan and Patsy until about 4:30. Then we went home, fed the cats, and had dinner. Ellen fixed tacos.
While Ellen cooked I replaced the batteries in the door lock. Of course Oregon scheduled a short rainstorm while I was doing it. I was afraid that the lock would forget the codes, but it didn't.
A note about showers. The new shower head is a lot better than the old one. It's good enough that we like it enough to take showers in the trailer rather than walk in the cold to the restroom. That's why I left the sewer hose up even though it will cost some time tomorrow.
Another thing. The back of the trailer is really close to a big tree. If I turn left (towards the exit) tomorrow the back of the trailer might hit it. So I wrote a note and taped it to the dash reminding me to turn right.
