I woke up at 7. There was no particular reason, I just woke up and didn't go back to sleep. I played games for quite a while instead. When we did get up it was breakfast and pet stuff. Then I looked up Freddies and Wally World in Bend. I needed a new wallet card holder. The old one came apart and I was in danger of losing my driver's license.
I decided to go to Freddies before meeting with Grant. We had just enough time to get there, buy the card holder, and drive to Grant's.
Grant has 20 acres east of Bend. Most of it is in pasture. He has a nice large house, a 3 car garage, a horse barn, and a guest house. It's a really nice place. We spent a lot of time bullshitting and some time on the money. He's going to invest some of our cash in a new dividend oriented fund. The paperwork will follow.
It was 1 when we left. We drove back to Sisters for lunch at a new restaurant we saw yesterday. It was good. We both left with enough for dinner. After that we walked around Sisters for a while. We stopped at the art place and bought a couple of small herons land two pens. We also got Oregon strawberries at the farmer's market.
When we got home Ellen did the wash. I drained the tanks because we have to leave tomorrow. I left the sewer hose connected so I could drain the shower tank in the morning.
After that it was leftovers for dinner and TV for the rest of the evening.
