Day 2001

We woke up about 8 and played games for a while before getting up for pet stuff and breakfast.  This was a "rest" day - nothing scheduled.  I did want to caulk the bathroom faucet.

I wanted to put that off though, so we went to Home Depot to replace the drill bits I broke.  I got them there.  After that it became a series of stops.  We stopped at Dutch Brothers for some drinks.  Then Best Buy where they told me they don't carry the watch I want.  The final stop was Albertson's for some groceries that we won't be able to get in Richland.

That was the last stop.  When we got home I rearranged the two drill bags that I have now.  It was the only useful thing I did all day.

After that I went inside and Ellen fixed hot dogs for lunch.  I surfed and watched videos for a while.  I finally got guilty and started the caulking job.  I unloaded the bathroom cabinet and got the tube of caulk.  The tube was block even thought there was a toothpick in it.  While squeezing it the bottom exploded and ruined my shirt.  I tried to use the remnants to do the job, but it didn't work.

I went back to surfing.  CVS sent me a website to schedule an antibody test.  I signed up for one tomorrow about noon.  I want to find out if I had the Chinese flu in 12/19.  Apparently the results ar immediately available.

The chest tightness has returned a little bit.  I've found that I can reduce it by taking deep breaths.  I am starting to take really shallow breaths like Mom used to do.

Ellen fixed pancakes and sausage for dinner.  After dinner we walked around the park looking at the rigs.  It was fun.

The rest of the evening was TV and a few videos.
