We got up a little after 7, did the pet stuff and had breakfast. Then we loaded up the truck and went to the club.
Our first stop was the CG dealer. He gave us a good deal on the Blazer, so we traded it inn on the CG. then we took both of Ellen's guns to the stock guy. We had him shorten the old gun a little and cut the new one to match. He said he'd have it done by 2.
After that we left to go look at hobby stores. We went to three. The first had a lot of RC stuff, but nothing we were interested in. The second was a model/train place. We picked up some figures for the nieces to paint and a Chessie gondola car. The last place was wall to wall RC. We bought a bunch of paint and some stencils.
We decided to take the long way back that was suggested by the nav system. I didn't notice it, but that was a good idea. The truck did a regen while we were going back. It finished with 13% soot. I never noticed it happened.
We stopped for lunch at a Cajun place we'd never been at before. It was good. We ate too much. After that we stopped at Target for vitamins and Best Buy for a massager for Ellen. Then we went back to the club. We got there exactly at 2. We picked up the guns. Ellen was complaining, so I had her get a massage while I bought a case for the new CG. It came in a two gun case with one side not finished. Who knows.
We rested a little bit at the clubhouse and then Ellen tried out her new gun on the practice field. She didn't shoot very well, but that was kind of to be expected. Then we went home.
We did the wash when we got home. I'd purchased so many new t-shirts that we ran out of hangers. Neither one of us wanted dinner, so we just ate a couple of snacks.
I watched 3 episodes of a spy series on HULU. Half the commercials were for hard liquor.
