Day 94

The last day of the show. We got there late as we'd already seen most of what we wanted to see. We looked at a few suppliers of dog stuff. They didn't have anything that we wanted. I had Ellen sit down to rest her gimpy knee while I did a quick pass through both floors looking for things to buy. I didn't come up with much, mainly because we already have just about everything we could need.

We scored 6 boxes of write in the rain paper for about 1/3 of retail. We would have never gone into that section of the show (law enforcement) except that there was a dog place there.

We also got some dog supplies from Boyt. They were at a substantial discount. Finally, we got a gun cleaning box from Midland. I'd seen it in a catalog earlier and decided to pick one up.

We left the show in mid afternoon and walked around the Venetian awhile. It's an amazing place. It's really astounding what America comes up with for entertainment. We dropped $5 in a slot machine. They really didn't have any that we liked. Ellen says that's because the machine we like are to old.
