We went to Las Vegas today. We had a good time looking at some casinos that we'd never seen before. The Venetian, the Palazzo, the Mirage, and the Wynn. The Wynn had the most elaborate public restrooms I've ever seen. All beautiful marble and brass fittings.
We also went to see Caesar's Palace. They have this very cool circular escalator. I'd never seen one of those before.
We gambled at all of the Casinos. Penny slots only. We ended up about $1.50 ahead. We had a lot of fun doing it.
We ate at a California Pizza at the Mirage. The restaurant bordered the sports betting area and the Bears/Packers day was on. It was neat to watch the game and listen to all the bettors cheer there favorite teams on. I wish I'd bet on the game - the Packers beat the spread.
