We got up a little before 8 because we had a big day planned. After pet stuff we left for Silverton. The first stop was breakfast. It was really good. I even had a $5 cup of coffee.
After breakfast we stopped at the plant store and bought air plants for the rabbit planters that we gave Patty. Then we went to the farmer's market. It was pretty boring and we didn't buy anything.
After that we stopped by the trailer to pick up the cake and ice cream and then went to Hooch's place. We had a fun time there, just messing around the whole afternoon. I did put his new trigger in his rifle and bore sighted it. I had some trouble with the trigger. It's the first time I put one in after the safety. I spent a lot of time and frustration trying to fit it in until I realized I had to set the safety to fire. Then it went in easily.
They invited us to the parish picnic tomorrow, so I guess it will be another trip up to Portland. At least the trip back was easy, they don't pave on Saturdays. Tomorrow will be different.
