Got up today at 8. Did a really quick pet stuff and breakfast and was out on the course by 8:15. There was a bad machine on station 12. Dave had me move in another machine. Then he had me get a card and check the machines on all the stations. I changed one that was going to get shot. He also had me change one on 5.
Oddly enough the radio for the battue, which didn't work last night, worked fine today. Oh well, something had to go well. We were done just in time for me to get ready to shoot.
The weather was great. Ellen shot pretty good, a 70. I shot OK, enough for AA3 and a punch. I missed at least 4 easy targets. Three would have given me AA1.
We were too tired to shoot super sporting after lunch. Ellen worked on scoring and I went back to the trailer and put everything away. Then i gave the Perazzi a thorough bath. It took awhile - it was filthy. When that was done I went back to the club and socialized for awhile.
We went to dinner at the Mexican place. We got there at the appointed time - 6:45. No one else showed up until almost 7:30. Oh well. The food was OK, but I really don't like that place.
After a stop at Safeway for milk we went home. The rest of the evening was surfing.
