We stayed in bed until almost 10. It was cold and raining, so no need to get up. When we did we did pet stuff, ahs breakfast, and surfed until after noon. I coiuldn't stand that any more, so we went to the Domain. We had a coupon for a restaurant there. The dog stayed home.
Traffic was light going there and everyone was going 5 to 10 over. I think they were enjoying traveling at a decent speed. When we got there we walked around. Most of the stores were clothing stores, so we didn't go in. There were a couple of non-clothes stores we did go into just to look around. The directory didn't show the restaurant we had a coupon for, so we stopped at a noodle shop. It was good.
After that we walked the second half of the Domain. That's when we found out that there is a lot more that isn't part of the "official" Domain. That's where the restaurant we were looking for was.
The only thing we bought was a bamboo pillow. I'm really unhappy with the one I bought from Brookstone. The new one stinks, so it will be awhile until I get to use it. We did see some interesting things - a Microsoft store (like an Apple store), a place introducing a new KIA sports sedan (we'll probably look at it), and a Tesla dealership (they have a really neat new SUV with a combination windshield/roof and gull wing back doors).
It's too bad we didn't bring Lucy. The place is dog friendly - just like Bee Cave. We need to go back to use the coupon, and we'll definitely be taking her.
It was 4:30 by the time we got home. I surfed until dinner time. Ellen turned on another chick flick. I'm getting really tired of them. Now she's listening to some queer giving a long winded interview from the Olympics.
