We woke up about 8, but stayed in bed until after 9. After pet stuff and breakfast it was surfing for an hour or so. Then we went out for errands. We stopped at the post office and then went to pick up the rugs we had cleaned. They did a good job, so we left off the three others we'd brought.
We headed down I35 to Slaughter. On the way we stopped at Audi to see if they could get the gate opener to work. They couldn't. We stopped at the Home Depot and got some more LED bulbs for the fan light in the study. They are much brighter than the incandescent ones. Then we stopped at JoAnn's so Ellen could buy stuff to sew up the rug fringes. I stayed in the car with the dog.
The last stop was Cabela's. I had a $10 off coupon. We bought a couple of 5.11 shirts. They are definitely turning the store into a Bass Proshop. The gun dept is much reduced and they have less than half the optics they used to have. It's depressing.
We got home just in tie for Ellen to go to Dripping Springs. The door handle I'd ordered from Amazon was at the post office, so I installed it in the apartment. It was a little bit of a pain, but not much. Then I did my exercises for the first time since mid December. It wasn't that hard at all. I was surprised. I guess all of that gravel hauling actually improved my fitness.
After that I took the dog to the mailbox and had dinner. After dinner was watching gun shows on TV.
