We woke up at 8 and were out of bed by 9. Pet stuff and breakfast were done by 10. Then we left to vote. It was 41 degrees and raining. It rained all day and never got above 45. We might as well been in Oregon.
After voting we stopped at the large variety shop on the way back. It was neat to walk through. I found a discontinued Lego set that I wanted, so I bought it. We also stopped at the ACE to use a 50% off coupon that was about to expire. We got a power strip for the living room. I can't use it until I get a small extension because the wall plug is a flat one and won,t fit in the wall plug.
We decided to go to the post office. It was pretty smooth sailing until we got to ACC. Traffic was backed up from there to past the Y. For some reason they've changed the timing on the light to give the people on 71 higher priority. That's really backed up traffic on 290. I'll have to avoid it, especially westbound, until they pull their head out of their asses. I took convict road as a detour around it and saved quite a bit of time.
After the post office we went up to Rudy's to get some BBQ. Then we took it home and made sandwiches.
The rest of the afternoon was surfing (it was cold and raining hard at times). I did my exercises, but didn't go to the mailbox. Dinner was leftovers.
After dinner I watched the Tarheels barely win a game and Chelsea tie when they should have won.
