I didn't wake up until almost 9:30. Lucy got up twice in the middle of the night. Both times I had to wait for here while she cruised around outside. Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.
It was reall hot today - 99 degrees. I spent most of the morning surfing and reading. Ellen started looking into places to stay. It turns out Fredericksburg is almost full the days we want to stay there. She managed to find one place, but it is 30 amps. I looked and I don't have a 50 to 30 amp adapter. After some searcing on the internet I found out that Lowe's had one. So off we went. We took Lucy.
We picked up the adapter and then went to the pet store to get cat food for the trip. Neither of us wanted to eat lunch at home, so we stopped at the burger place. We ate outside with Lucy. It was hot, but not unbearable. The last stop was the post office.
When we got home it was too damn hot to do anything outside. I worked on the Lego shovel. I'm getting near the end, but there are still a lot of pieces to go. I spent a couple of hours putting together well over 100 pieces. When I was finished you needed to look closely to see what I'd accomplished.
I went to the mailbox alone. Lucy didn't want to go, and I don't blame her.
Dinner was leftovers. After dinner was some TV and then a movie.
