Day 1662

I woke up at 8 and spent some time gaming.  Then it was pet stuff and breakfast.  I didn't really have a lot of things to do, so I constructed some.

I started to load up the truck.  I put ammo and the gun cart in it.  I also put the trailer hitch in one of the boxes in the bed.  I may need it, but I don't want to attach it because of the tailgate.  I also put the presents in the trailer.

I put away the parts from the box I found yesterday.  It was mainly empty, but a couple of things were useful.  After that it was time to go shopping.  I loaded the car with a bunch of stuff for Goodwill before we left.

We went to Lowe's and I got vinyl glue.  I also got a solar powered pink flamingo.  I had to go to an auto parts store to get a grease gun.  The other stops were the post office and Goodwill.  We were going to eat at Jack Allen's, but they were closed.  So we ate at Sonic next door.

When we got home I used the glue I'd purchased to fix the mower seat.  I'll put on another coat tomorrow.  I got a couple of screws and screwed the new flamingo to the upper deck.  The grease was waiting at the gate when we got back.  I decided to put the grease guntogether so I wouldn't have too tomorrow.  That turned out to be a good idea.  There was some assembly required and it took some time, primarily because there were no instructions.

Lee texted me, so I went over to his place.  I talked to him and his daughter for quite awhile (mainly him).  She'll be looking over the house again.

Ellen fixed sloppy joes for dinner.  After dinner it was TV and surfing.
