We got up a little after Once we got p8. We only needed to go 220 miles today, and I wanted to avoid the rush hour traffic. After pet stuff and breakfast wee hooked up. We left about 8:45. Traffic was light all the way out of San Antonio. There was a little bit of drama at the 1604/I10 interchange, mainly because the interchange design sucks.
Once we were north of Boerne the traffic thinned out. It stayed that way until we got about 10 miles outside of San Angelo. We had two minor things during the trip. The one tire sensor still didn't work. I stopped and replaced the battery, but it didn't help. Also, I had a gut attack and had to stop a seond time to take a shit in the trailer.
We got to San Angelo a little after 1. The park is near a place on the lake where Lucy used to swim. It's made me sad all afternoon thinking about her and what we miss without her. We unhooked and put DEF in the truck. Then we went to HEB for bananas and Wally World for more DEF. Then it was back to the trailer.
I didn't feel like doing anything else, so we surfed and watched TV for the rest of the afternoon and evening. Ellen fixed sausages for dinner. After dinner was more TV.
Tomorrow we'll find something to do in San Angelo.
