We go up about 8 the original plan was to do the wash and then go sightseeing. Ellen went over to do the wash. There was a lot of it. I did a couple of small projects in the bathroom. I glued down the toothbrush holder so that it wouldn't interfere with the towel. I also installed a couple of cord holders to hold the hair dryer cord. That way the dryer can be plugged in all of the time.
I got done long before Ellen did. She actually had to wait to run loads until a machine freed up. There were pinball machines in the play room, so I played a few games.
The wash was done about noon. We had sandwiches for lunch. Then we watched TV for a while. I'd come to the realization that I just wanted to rest today.
That lasted for about an hour. Then we decided to go to Petco for cat food. It's a short drive from the park. Lowe's was next door, so I ought what I needed to attach a second safety to the steps. Ace was a short distance away, so we went there for some plexiglass. The cats have been getting to the plants.
When we got home I got to work (so much for relaxation). I cut two pieces of plexiglass for the existing enclosure. One does a better job of blocking the back and the other is a lid. Hopefully that takes care of the problem. I also used the wired and ferrules I got at Lowe's to build a wire holder for the second safety pin for the stairs. Then I bolted it on. It looks pro if I do say so myself.
By then it was five. I decided that was enough for the day. Ellen fixed forxen chicken things for dinner. After dinner was surfing and some videos. We have lots left over before the data limit resets.
