Up at 7 again. After pet stuff I loaded up the truck. It took a long time. When I was finished it was as full as when we got here. I'm not sure how that happened.
After breakfast. We helped clean up and did a little help packing. Neither John or Patty wanted much help, and I can understand it. They were almost done when Vicki left a little before noon. We left shortly afterward.
Traffic wasn't bad. I expect it was almost normal. We made good time, probably because I wasn't in a hurry.
When we got home I started the unpacking and putting away effort. It took about an hour. Then we went over to the club and switched out the guns that we'd moved before we left.
I discovered that I'd left the spout for the diesel can in Texas. I'm glad we didn't have to use it. Amazon wanted $60 for a new one. I ran across a web posting that showed how to make one from plumbing parts. So off we went to Lowe's. I bought what I needed for $10. We also stopped at Ross for milk and lunch meat. We got dinner to go at the Chinese place. Ellen's asshole was giving her trouble, so she wanted to eat at home.
After diner I went out and assembled my spout. I can''t use it until tomorrow when the glue is dry. I also assembled the new gun rack for the Polaris. It was somewhat of a pain in the ass because the base needs modification in order to set it low enough. I also made a plan on where to mount the rear camera.
By then it was after 9:30. I went in, did some surfing, and went to bed. It was nice to sleep in the foam bed rather than the one at the coast. That thing hurt my back.
