We got up about 8 this morning, but there wasn't any urgency. After pet stuff and breakfast we headed to the club. On the way we stopped at Home Depot to get a handle for the power cord container. We also stopped at HEB for some water.
When we got to the club we activated our practice target cards. We also bought a choke tube wrench at Caesar Guerini. We were going to get the gun camera reprogrammed, but the guy was gone.
We went out and practiced with the 20 ga. We both shot like shit. I couldn't hit the side of a barn. Afterwards we had lunch at the Mexican roach coach. It was good.
After lunch we did a little bit more practice - still couldn't hit anything. Then we just hung around until 3:30 and time to shoot.
The 20 ga was on the skeet fields. The wind was blowing pretty hard from behind us. That meant all of the targets were being blown away from us. It was a hard course to begin with, that made it a lot harder. We both shot poorly.
They were supposed to have a wine tasting after the shoot, but lit didn't happen. So we took the dog home and fed the pets. Then we went to Longhorn for dinner. It was just as good as we expected it to be.
When we got home it was TV and surfing. I ordered something online for the first time in weeks. We'll be home before it can be delivered.
