We got up at 8:30, did pet stuff and breakfast. We were at the apartment by a little after 9. John and Melissa were just starting.
I cleaned up my workbench and the floor. It was really dirty after all the work I did there yesterday. Then I used the Dremel to shape the laminate I glued on to the end of the counter, it came out nice.
John wanted some plumbing parts and needed some multi-tool blades. So I went to Lowes. I got talking to the plumbing expert. He said that the water filter and hot water dispenser makers purposely use non-standard parts. He also said changing our water heater may fix the stinking water.
When I got back Ellen and I helped them lay flooring as best we could. I did some demo and worked a little on the plumbing. Ellen unpacked boards and used the chop saw. John and Melissa worked really hard.
By 5 the kitchen was done except for a couple of pieces and there was a start on the hallway. We quit for dinner (I went out for pizza). After dinner it was football - college playoff games.
