I woke up a little after 8, but stayed in bed playing games for awhile. I got up when Lucy hurt herself trying to jump up on the bed. She was doing that because Devyn had taken over her bed. Fortunately she wasn't hurt badly and in a few minutes she was walking normally again.
I did the pet stuff and breakfast, then surfed. It was raining, so there was no chance to mow the lawn like I was planning to. It's supposed to thunderstorm tonight, so I probably won't be able to do it tomorrow either.
I basically surfed the morning away. The only things I got accomplished were my exercises and putting the cat switch plate we bought on the wall. Lunch was a ham sandwich and crackers.
The guy we met yesterday at Well Fargo called to say that we should switch my play toy account to an interest bearing one. So we did. Then we went to the post office to pick up the property tax bill. Ellen goes to a website that tells us what's been delivered. We also stopped at Home Depot so I could get some washers to shim the weather vane. Lucy didn't find any magic aprons. However, on the way home I stopped for a snow cone. They had sample dog cookies, so Lucy got a couple.
When we got home I took out all of the garbage in the house. Tomorrow is the last garbage day before we leave. We'll have to take all of the rest of the garbage with us. I also took the dog to the mailbox.
Dinner was a HEB meal. After dinner was reading and TV.
