I'm not sure when I woke up this morning, but it wasn't early. Lee texted me a little after 8 to ask if I'd heard two shots behind my house after 11 last night. I hadn't, but I was hearing voices back there all evening. He said he had, too.
I got up and did the pet stuff and had breakfast. After a little surfing it was time to start moving stuff to the trailer. I took severa loads of foodstuffs to the trailer. I also took pet food/treats, the camera, and some toiletries. Then I started on the truck. I loaded the ammo we'l need as well as some plastic totes with stuff. I also cleaned the old grease off the trailer hitch and put on new grease. All of this took at least 2 hours.
When I was finished I did my exercises and then had lunch - BBQ sandwich. After that it was surfing. Isaac texted me to say happy Easter. He wants to come see us on Tuesday.
I got bored with surfing, so I decided to play with the BB gun. I was going to put the new sight on it, but it didn't work. It either came with a bad battery, or just doesn't work. It's Easter, so none of the stores are open and I can't buy another. I decided to read instead.
Ellen spent a lot of the day smoking salmon we bought yesterday for the road. She also fixed smoked hamburgers for dinner. Unfortunately the buns we had were moldy. We used bagels instead.
After dinner Lucy pissed the couch. She did that a few days ago. I hope she's not losing control.
The rest of the evening was reading and TV.
