Day 3399

I woke up at 8, played games, and then got up for pet stuff and breakfast.  When that was done I started on my todo list.

The first item was to install the extension cord for the oven in the trailer.  It turned out to be a really easy job.  The result is great, too.  From now on it won't be necessary to unplug the oven each time we move the trailer.

By the time I was done it was getting warm.  We decided to take Abby out before it got too warm.  We went to Dripping Springs because today is when we pick up the Eater cookies.  Abby had a great time running in the park.  She even found a dog to run around with for a while.  It was a lab and not nearly as fast.  After that we picked up the cookies and then had lunch (and a mango margarita) at the pizza place.

When we got home I sat down to watch videos.  That turned into a nap.  I actually woke up and watched for a while before going to sleep again.  When I woke up the second time I decided to continue with the todo list.

Ellen finished painting the Reflex, so I decided to finish it.  Originally I decided to modify the ESC mount some more, but on looking at it I decided it wasn't necessary.  I did punch holes in the roof to mount a couple of air scoops. Finally I installed the magnets to mount the body.  That finishes the work on the Reflex with the possible exception of putting on a couple of decals.

I also got the package containing the micro-b axles.  It was missing 2 bushings just like the first one.  I'm going to send it back.  I would have kept it if it had been complete.

By then it was dinner time.  I had a leftover hamburger half.  Then it was back to videos for the rest of the evening.
