I woke up a little before 7 and played games for a while. The weather was lousy - 50 degrees with the wind blowing. Eventually I got up. We took the laundry to the laundromat. Then I did the pet stuff and had breakfast.
While Ellen was washing clothes I hooked up the sewer. I won't drain it until tomorrow. It turns out that it was lucky that we did the laundry early. Apparently Tuesday is a popular laundry day here.
I spent quite a bit of time trying to find something indoors to do in Amarillo. I was unsuccessful. We did need to go to a RV parts place to get another disc for the hitch. I found one and we went there. When I put the dog in the car I couldn't find the strap for her harness. That meant that we needed a pet store also.
We got the disc and then drove 8 miles to the pet store. It took a while, but we found a harness that fit her pretty well. There was a Rudy's in the same parking lot. We stopped there for lunch and some meat for sandwiches.
When we got home Ellen found the strap for the old harness wedged under the seat on the far side of the truck. That's OK. We've been wanting to replace the harness in the Austin Audi anyway. The weather was still cold and windy. It stayed that way for the rest of the day.
We stayed in the trailer for the rest of the day. I watched videos for part of the time and a movie for the rest of it.
