We got up at 8 and did the pet stuff and had breakfast. After breakfast we went over to Lowe's to buy conduit to bury the Directv wire and lumber for an exercise bench. We also got some cat litter.
When we got home I assembled the conduit, but I didn't glue it together. I'm not going to do that until the trench is dug. Then I built the exercise bench. Ellen did sewing while I was doing that and also went to the club to help Vandy.
After lunch we went to Woodburn. We dropped off some more stuff at Goodwill and went to the surplus store and bought a cheap shovel. I still need a pick. Then it was Walgreen's for drugs and candy for the post office. The last stop was Safeway for a lot of groceries.
We didn't get home until after 3. We collected all of the stuff for the safe and went to the club house. We opened the safes, exchanged some stuff, and got out some of Ellen's jewelry. We went through it all. There's some really cool stuff.
It was after 5 when we got done, so we called it quits. We surfed and watched TV for awhile and then had dinner. After dinner it was more TV, reading, and some surfing. Ellen was switching between sewing and watching TV.
