Day 593

We got up at 8 - it's becoming the normal time.  After pet stuff and breakfast we went out to work.  I started digging the trench for the TV cable.  Ellen started washing and waxing the truck.

Both jobs were hard work, but we were done by noon.  I'm glad I bought the trenching shovel.  It was just the tool for the job and much better than a pick.

After lunch we went to the club to look for the 20 ga chokes in the safes.  We didn't find them.  Then we went on a little drive.  We went to the two farm stores on River Road.  Both of them had strawberries, so we bought some at each.  Then we went to the pet store in Keizer.  They didn't have the cat food we wanted, but they carry the brand.  That will make it easy to get.

When we got home I started looking for the chokes in my bag, the shed, and the extra boxes in the club.  No joy.  Then I decided to look at the gun.  That's when I discovered that they were old style chokes.  They were in my bag all the time.  I thought they were for the Mirage.  Mystery solved.

In the evening I tried to order a gas cap for the Bronco.  I couldn't because Autozone won't let me use an out of state credit card to order something.  I did order a sprayer like the one in Texas.  I'm tired of using that broken down one at the club.

The dentist called today.  They are moving our appointments to 9 tomorrow.  That means getting up early and fighting traffic.  Oh goody.
