Lucy had diarrhea again last night. I ended up getting up at 4 and 7. I did manage to sleep until about 8 though. Then it was get up - no pet stuff or breakfast. Instead we just packed up, hooked up, and left. I think we were out sometime before 9:30.
By then there was no traffic to worry about. There was a wind, but it was more a crosswind than anything else. We got good mileage, almost 12, for the first 130 miles. The only real hassle was the GPS. Once we turned off I37 it kept trying to get us to turn back to it. The GPS was adamant that we go through San Antonio. It was 30 miles before it gave up and went the way we intended.
We got to Kerrville a little after 2. We got set up in short time and then went back into town. We stopped at a RV place, but they didn't have the parts I needed. Then we went to a pet store for cat food and pumpkin food for Lucy's diarrhea. We also got some water and cookies at HEB.
When we got back we were going to take Lucy for a walk. We only got a little way before it started raining. We thought it would quit. It got harder instead. We were soaked by the time we got home.
The thunderstorm lasted for over an hour. It knocked out both the TV and the internet. That was bad, because the Verizon signal here is very weak. So I read instead.
Lee had texted a good place to eat. We were tired though and wanted to eat some of the HEB meals that were getting kind of old.
After dinner was more reading and some really slow surfing. Eventually the TV came back on and we watched some.
The showers closed at 10. So we took early showers and then went to bed.
