We got up about 8. Lucy didn't wake us up last night, so I guess the pumpkin worked. There was a thunderstorm with a couple of loud thunderclaps that did. Lucy has not been thrilled by the weather.
There was no pet stuff because we were going to travel. We only had 150 miles to go though, so we took our time getting started. We took the dog to the dog park and then sat on a porch for awhile. Then we hooked up and left a little before 10.
The trip was uneventful. We got over 11 mpg, so there was no reason to stop for fuel. I did anyway, because I don't like the tank to get really empty. We got to the park a little after 12. There was a thunderstorm shortly after we got there. It rained off and on for hours.
We unhooked, had lunch, and did a little surfing. I looked for something to do, but there didn't seem to be anything. Then we went to a Wally world to get some PB blaster. There was a HEB across the street, so we stopped there. It's probably the last shopping at HEB that we'll do until late October. HEB is one of the things I miss about Texas.
We just surfed and watched TV when we got home. Dinner was HEB BBQ we bought in San Antonio.
After dinner I looked up the gun club web page to find it's hours. I noticed that they had a charity shoot tomorrow. I called and they told me that they won't be open to the public. FUCK. We'll end up doing some lame thing tomorrow to kill time. I really wanted to shoot.
The rest of the evening was TV.
