Day 1295

We woke up at 7:30, but didn't get out of bed until after 8.  It was raining.  We got up, did the pet stuff, and had breakfast.  It was still raining.  It was raining even harder at 9:15 when we needed to leave for the shoot.  Therefore, no shoot.  FUCK.  That's the third place I've gone to specifically to shoot and haven't been able to.

We ended up surfing for awhile and then leaving to check out Twin Falls.  I'd decided to do that, and then go see John Wick at 12:30.  One bit of good news.  The park at Richland has had a cancellation, so we'll be able to go there when we wanted to.

The problem with sight seeing in Twin Falls was it was Sunday.  So all of the small shops were closed.  The old downtown area was dead.  All of the large chain stores were open though.  I stopped at Lowe's o get some dielectric grease.  I was in luck.  They had the grease, and hey also had the battery powered jig saw I've been wanting on special.  I got a battery and charger for it for free.

We still had time to kill, so we walked through the mall that the theater was in.  It's not a big mall, and there was only one store of interest.  Ellen found a nice pair of shoes there and bought them.  We ate in their 3 restaurant food court before the movie.

The movie was great.  I was highly entertained.  Unfortunately Ellen didn't see all of it because her asshole was giving her trouble.  I'll be buying the blu-ray though.

It was still raining when we got out.  In fact, it rained into the evening.  We just went home and surfed.  Dinner was BLT's for the third night in a row.  That's the last of the bacon though.

After dinner was TV and surfing.

We only have to go 150 miles tomorrow.  That means we'll be getting a late start.  Otherwise we'll get to the new campground too early.
