Day 1296

We only had 150 miles today, so we didn't get out of bed until almost 10.  We did the pet stuff and breakfast.  Lucy had the runs again last night.  We think it's because of the dry dog food.  She's going back on pumpkin, and we'll throw the dry food away.

We hooked up and left a little before 11, which was the checkout time.  The trip was uneventful.  There was some hard rain at times, and a 17 mile stretch of construction.  We still got to Caldwell by 1:15.

We unhooked and set up.  The rain actually stopped between the time we checked in and the time we got parked.  After lunch we went to see Caldwell.

The first stop was Wally World to get a new water filter.  Then we stopped at Albertson's for some groceries.  After that we just drove around looking at the town.  It isn't very interesting.  We did stop at the pet stores for more dog food, but that was it.

We called Dan to see if he wanted us to pick up anything in Boise.  He said Patsy was driving there as we spoke.  He suggested that we call her, so Ellen did.  Apparently Patsy is going to be too busy to meet up.

After that we went home for a little surfing before dinner.  Dinner was a ready made thing I bought a few days ago.  It was chicken and noodles and was pretty good.

After dinner Ellen contacted a shooter she knows who is in the RV business.  Apparently he's a pretty big guy - 15 dealerships.  He deals in the trailer Ellen wants, and will sell us one for $2K over invoice.  He's also willing to take the other two trailers for trade.  It sounds like one of my biggest worries about leaving the club may be fairly easy to do.

It rained really hard for about an hour and a half tonight.  The bedroom fan didn't leak.  I'm not sure about the closet.  It could have still been wet form yesterday.
