We woke up at 7, but didn't get out of bed until almost 9. Then it was pet stuff and breakfast. We put Lucy in the Bronco and drove over to Dan's. He wasn't there, but Patsy had a couple of things she wanted us to buy.
The drive to Baker was uneventful. I'm beginning to get the hang of it's handling characteristics. Our first stop was Bi-Mart where we got some fuel additive for Dan's boat. We also got some air freshener for the Bronco. Mice have pissed in the air vent intake and it stinks a little.
The next stop was Albertson's (really Safeway with another name) to get some groceries that Patsy wanted. After that it was O'Reilly's to get spark plugs for Dan's boat. By then it was after noon, so we stopped at the Chinese place for lunch. There was a lot of food and we both ended up taking some home.
There was a park across the street from the Chinese place. We took Lucy for a walk over there. She really enjoyed it. I'd have given her some treats, but she had a little diarrhea this morning. The last stop was the grocery at the edge of town just to see what it was like. We were only in nthere for 5 minutes or so.
In that time Lucy got into the Chinese food. She skipped my Kung Pao and went for Ellen's General Tso's chicken. She ate it all. There wasn't a trace of it in the Bronco.
We drove through a thunderstorm on the way home. It was neat. Every time there was a lightening strike we'd see it and hear it on the AM radio. After a delay we'd hear the thunder. Ellen's asshole was giving her problems, so we stopped at the rest area. There was a close strike while she was inside. It shook the Bronco and Ellen said it shook the toilet, too.
The storm never got to Richland. We left the food we'd bought at Dan's. Dan was out fishing, so we went to the trailer and surfed. We wen back to Dan's and had hamburgers for dinner. After dinner was a movie.
