Day 2310

I woke up about 7:45 and played games for a few minutes before getting up at 8.  Then it was pets stuff and breakfast.  After breakfast I started to get all of the stuff together to shoot.  Fortunately it didn't take that long.  Then we left for the Audi dealership.

Traffic was OK on the way and we got there a little early.  We dropped off the car and went to Capitol City.  It actually is pretty nice to drive to with the new road.  I just haven't got all of the turns down yet.  It was a little cold when we got there, low 60's, but a sweatshirt was enough to keep warm.

We rented a cart and loaded it up.  It was so nice to shoot without a bunch of crap floating in my eyes.  I actually shot pretty well, especially considering how long it's been since I shot.  I do have some trouble with crossers where my eyes have to shift control.  The first eye to see the target doesn't let the second eye take over.  I'm going to have to work on that.  I used the new 20 ga.  It shoots like a dream.

We shot about 150 rounds a piece.  Our card had 3200 birds on it.  When we were finished we bought 8 boxes of 12 ga, all they would sell us.  I'd never seen them before, made by Nobel.

We stopped at the hamburger place in Sunset Valley for lunch because I had a hamburger craving.  I also stopped at Home Depot to pick up some connectors I forgot to pick up yesterday.  After a stop at the post office the last stop was a gas station.  I put 30 gallons of diesel in the truck.  It cost almost $150.  FUCK BIDEN FUCK BIDEN, and especially FUCK BIDEN.

When we got home I put everything away.  Then I ran a pull through through the 20 ga.'s barrels and coated it with Seal.  It's going to be hard to shoot the 12 ga. in preference to the 20.  I also painted the other side of the Ryft wheels silver.  They'll be ready for Ellen to paint tomorrow.

That was it for accomplishing anything today.  The rest of the afternoon was videos.  After dinner (a sandwich) it was TV.
