I woke up at 7, got up and had breakfast, and then went outside to hook up. It was 41 degrees and there was ice on the truck windshield. The hookup proceeded normally and we were on the road by 8. However, the dash had a "low coolant" warning on it when I started the truck.
We stopped at the closest GMC dealer, who was in Burley 25 miles a way. I kept a close eye on the coolant temperature the whole way. It didn't seem to be adversely affected.
We got lucky at the dealership. There was a great place to park on a side street with an easy escape route. Unfortunately the parts dept. girl didn't really know anything. The head service guy walked by and heard me asking if she was sure that what she was showing me was correct. He said it was and asked me if I knew I needed to mix it with water. Of course I didn't. Then he asked me what was wrong and walked out to the truck to take a look himself. Then he had their "lubricant guy" come out with mixed coolant and add a small amount to the reservoir. No charge. We were back on the road in half an hour at most.
The rest of the trip was uneventful. I put 5 gallons of fuel in the truck at Brigham City, but didn't really need it. At that point we were getting 10.3 mpg. By the time we got to Provo we were up to 11.4. That's pretty good with no wind and all the up/down until we got to Tremonton.
After setting up I decided to go for lunch. The door lock batteries were dead, so I started to replace them. I dropped one of the screws and spent a fruitless 1/2 hour looking for it. The battery compartment is now taped shut. We ended up eating at DQ because that was the only place in the area.
When we got back I sat down for a short video session and a long nap. When I got up I had leftover pizza for dinner and went back to videos.
I decided to have a shower in the trailer again because I'll have to dump the tanks tomorrow anyway.
